| AKF Volunteers Provide Rescue To Bomb Blast Affectees |

Malakand, 17-05-2013: Alkhidmat Foundation’s volunteers instantly provided relief to scores of injured people in Palai, Malakand agency after fatal bomb blasts occurred in local mosques.
Resultantly 20 people were martyred and over 100 were wounded. Alkhidmat’s volunteers started relief activities soon after the incident occurred and helped the injured people in provision of first-aid and transfer to medical centers.

Layyah, 08-05-2013: Alkhidmat Foundation releases the activity report for Alkhidmat FOF (Foundation Of Faithful) Maternity hospital, Layyah. The maternity hospital works 24 hours a day on 26 days in a month. It has 2 patient rooms, 1 ward, 1 labor room, 1 operation theatre, 7 beds, 1 pharmacy, 1 laboratory, and an office for accountants. The staff consists of 8 doctors: 3 regular and 5 visiting, 2 lab technicians, and 17 support staff.

Layyah 03-05-2013: Alkhidmat Foundation donated 6 tent, mattresses, and pillows to 6 families, who lost their residences to fire on 1st May, 2013. The families lived in slums and the fire completely burnt down their belongings while they were out to find work for themselves. Alkhidmat Foundation Layyah immediately took notice of the matter and extended much needed help to the families.
