Situation:
The situation in Tirah Valley, FATA has deteriorated as the clashes between rival groups and military accelerate. Consequently, the local residents have no other choice but to migrate. Many houses in the area are completely destroyed due to shelling and aerial bombing. In fact, there is unconfirmed news that persistent shelling has claimed lives if women and children.

Alkhidmat’s Response:
The recent clashes in Tirah Valley has effected 5000 families. A large number of affected families have started migrating towards safer regions. Responding to the situation, Alkhidmat Foundation has created three center— Sadda, Feroze-Khael, and Kohat Adda—where registration of affected families is conducted.
Alkhidmat Foundation has facilitated the affectees by providing Rs. 15 Lakh for transportation. Moreover 50 families were provided tents and ration worth Rs.4.5 Lakh were distributed among 250 families.

Appeal:
The mass exodus of local population has resulted in a stark shortage of cooked food, utensils, medicines, and beds. Alkhidmat Foundation appeals to all affluent people to come forth contribute in this noble cause, so that the migration of the local population may be facilitated.
