AKFP Women Wing Trust Donates PKR 2.5 million for Aghosh Alkhidmat Murree

Lahore: Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Women Wing (Trust) President Navida Anees presented a cheque worth PKR 2.5 million to AKFP President Abdus Shakoor earlier this week at AKFP Head Office in Lahore. AKFP Senior Vice President Syed Ihsan Ullah Waqas was also present on the occasion.

The donation amount is supposed to be used for construction work at Aghosh Alkhidmat Murree. The Aghosh Home is currently in final phase of its completion.

Performance of Orphan Family Support Program Reviewed

Lahore: Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan President Muhammad Abdus Shakoor chaired Annual Board Meeting of Orphan Family Support Program (OFSP) on Sunday in Lahore. During the meeting, the annual performance reports of the program were presented to the participants while planning for the year 2018 was also undertaken. General Manager Programs Sufyan Khan was also present on the occasion.

Earlier on Saturday, a quarterly review and planning meeting of Alkhidmat Orphan Family Support Program was also held in Lahore. All regional coordinators of the program attended the meeting. Senior Program Manager Yasir Altaf chaired the session.

Aghosh Kids Taken To Restaurent – Peshawar

An “undisclosed” patron of AGHOSH Peshawar arranged burger dinner for orphan kids of Aghosh Peshawar at local restaurant. Kids had a great time during this charity.

Educating and training the Orphans kids to be Leaders in future is part of Alkhidmat Foundation Orphan Care Program. In connection with this mission, a session was organised at District DirLower where renowned trainer Mr Subair Mansoori delivered lecture on “Self Control”

12th of Rabi ul Awwal – Event For Orphans

Alkhidmat Foundation Women Wing, in Karachi, organized an event in connection with births of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Iqbal. In addition to a lecture on Prophet PBUH, a quiz and tableau was also performed for the children. President AKFWW, Mrs. Munawar Ikhlas, gave an inspirational and motivational speech about Prophet PBUH who himself was orphan. In the end, prizes and gifts were distributed among the children.

Program Organized For Orphans in Karachi

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan organized an event for orphan children. A quiz and magic show was also arranged for their amusement. The event was carried out under the supervision of Prof. Khurshid Shah. Ex MPA and Emir Eastern Karachi Mr. Younis Barai was the chief guest of the event. At the end of the event, special prizes were distributed among the children provided from the the donors. Numerous recognized journalists were part of the event as well.

Reham Khan Visits Aghosh Peshawar

Reham Khan, a well known social personality, visited the Aghosh Alkhimat Peshawar and met with the orpahn kids. She also distributed prizes among the high achieving kids. In her address with the audience, she praised the efforts of Alkhidmat for the orphans. Mr. Khalid Waqas, President AKFP KPK, presented the shield to her. Other local leadership also present.

Study Activity (Self Control) Peshawar

AlKhidmat Peshawar organized Study Center Activity “How to Control yourself”. Guest trainer Muhammad Yousaf, president Tehreek Mehnat Peshawar, gave a lecture on the topic. Mr. Fida Khan, President AKFP Peshawar, was also part of the activity. More than 50 children were part of the activity.

Mr Habib (Jeddah AKF Committe) Visits Aghosh AKF Rawalkot

Moulana Habib Rahman Khan from Jadda Alkhidmat Committee, KSA visited the Aghosh AKF Rawalkot. Mr. Waseem and Mr. Adnan greeted the guests and gave a presentation on Aghoshians routine, schooling, their boarding setup and overall Aghosh administration and operations. He introduced Mr. Habib Rahman to the Team members of Aghosh AKP Rawlakot. Mr. Habib Rahman encouraged the efforts of AKFP team.
