Batkhela Dist. Malakand: Alkhidmat Orphan Family Support Program (OFSP) distributed 56 winter packages among the families of registered orphans. Haji Shabbi Alam, Chairman Orphan Care Board Batkhela and Mr. Sami Ullah, President AKF Malakand division distributed these packages among the needy orphans. Alkhidmat Foundation bears the educational and sustenance expense of these orphan children under its OFS program.
Badin & Lahore: Due to current energy crises electricity for domestic users has become extinct. Poor villagers can’t afford to buy Un-interrupted Power Supply (UPS) as they cost high. In such situation they are compelled to wait for electricity for hours. To relieve the pains of these poor families, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan with the help of UK Islamic Mission distributed Multi 300 XL Solar Lights among 50 deserving families of Tando Bago, Badin and 50 poor families of Manga Mandi, Lahore. These solar lights will brighten the dark huts of 100 poor families of Lahore and Badin.
Karachi: Alkhidmat Foundation Karachi arranged a free medical dispensary at Gadap Karachi. Dr. Rao Naeem gave free checkup facility to the poor dwellers of the locality. Around 200 patients were clinically examined and given free medicine; Alkhidmat periodically arranges such dispensaries in the slum areas.
Salarzi, Buner: Alkhidmat Foundation Buner arranged a free eye checkup camp at Circle Salarzi, Buner. More than 300 patients benefitted by this initiative where free medicine was given to all the deserving patients while many of them were referred for operations. Alkhidmat Foundation Buner will provide funds for the operations of all recommended patients.
