Senior RM Officer

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is currently looking for serious and committed individuals for appointment on following post in Central Office, Lahore.

Post: Senior RM Officer
Gender: Male
Salary: Rs. 25,000 – 33,000
Qualification: Master’s or equivalent
Experience: 2-year relevant experience
Age: 20-35 Years

Responsibilities:

i. To assist Senior Manager Resource Mobilization in donor cultivation and look after events as needed.
ii. To initiate and establish relationships with donors at the country and international level and lead in programs that facilitate relationships.
iii. To research and analyze donor call for funding applications including expressions of interest and requests for proposals
iv. To prepare grant proposals for donors.
v. To visit donor at his doorstep and collect donations.
vi. To bring innovative ideas and put up proposals for improvement and fundraising.
vii. To keep a strong liaison with potential and existing donors and update them about the future and running projects of AKFP
viii. To ensure MOUs (Memorandum of Understanding) between AKFP & corporate sector on funding of different projects.
ix. To ensure the close working relationship between AKFP and educational institutes including MOU as well.
x. To track, monitor, ensure successful grant & contract management and fulfilment in accordance with donor’s requirement.
xi. To prepare periodic reports.
xii. Any other task assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

i. To ensure the implementation of Children Daily Time Table.
ii. To take proper measures for Personality Grooming & Personal Hygiene of children.
iii. To ensure the discipline of children, ensuring No Corporal Punishment.
iv. To monitor children (Day & Night) and ensure high standard of care.
v. To provide quality care for sick children and make proper record.
vi. To supervise during study period (specified in daily routine program) of children.
vii. To attend all scheduled meals of children and check quality of food provided in the mess. Any discrepancy if noticed, be brought to the notice of Administrator.
viii. To arrange social and recreational activities for children.
ix. To maintain all the educational/ health care reports of children.
x. To deal with different orphan related queries.

Qualification: Master’s or equivalent
Experience: 4-year relevant experience
Age: 22-42 Years

Experienced Skills:

i. Knowledge of demographic factors, social issues, cultural and economic issues especially in the scenario of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
ii. Strong interpersonal skills and excellence as a team player.
iii.  Fluency in written and spoken English.
iv. Sufficient knowledge of the department functions and use of computer.
v. Fluency over Ms Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
vi. Sound communication and social skills especially in developing relationships with children.
vii. Polite and kind behavior with the orphans and supportive in nature.

Responsibilities:

  •  i. To co-ordinate with Senior Program Manager for effective implementation of the Child Character Development activities.
  •  ii. To design child training including contents, methods etc.
  • iii. To generate new ideas for learning and skills development plans for children (including contents of value based good habits & ethical personality traits) on a periodic basis.
  • iv. To develop training tools activities, calendars, presentation & resource material.
  • v. To liaison and collaborate with Local, National and International organizations working on similar programs for updated program knowledge and cooperation.
  • vi. To compile, scrutinize, and sort the collected data and prepare reports of department including Education, Funds Distribution and Progress of Orphans and store in relevant directories for record keeping.
  • vii. To prepare presentations, arrange meetings, writing minutes etc. according to the requirements of OFSP.
  • viii. To coordinate with regions and trainers for organizing events for Orphans and take active part in Child Character Development planning and activities.
