Resource Mobilisation Officer

Post: Resource Mobilisation Officer
Seats: 2
Salary : Rs 20,000 – 28,000
Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent
Experience: 2 Years Relevant Experience
Age: 20-35 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To assist Senior Manager Resource Mobilization in donor cultivation
    and look after events as needed.
  2. To initiate and establish relationships with donors at the country and
    international level and lead in programs that facilitate relationships.
  3. To research and analyse donor call for funding applications including
    expressions of interest and requests for proposals.
  4. To prepare grant proposals for donors.
  5. To visit donor at his doorstep and collect donations.
  6. To bring innovative ideas and put up proposals for improvement and
    fund raising.
  7. To keep a strong liaison with potential and existing donors and update
    them about the future and running projects of AKFP.
  8. To ensure MOUs (Memorandum of Understanding) between AKFP &
    corporate sector on funding of different projects.
  9. To ensure the close working relationship between AKFP and
    educational institutes including MOU as well.
  10. To track, monitor, ensure successful grant & contract management and
    fulfilment in accordance with donor’s requirement.

Call Center Officer

Post: Call Center Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to donor’s on telephone.
  2. Know organisation and services areas in depth.
  3. To research and analyse donor calls for funding.
  4. To follow up to receive an agreed amount from donors.
  5. To self-assess and take initiative for own capacity building.
  6. To keep records of inquiries, comment and complaints.
  7. To coordinate with concerned department and programs.
  8. Any other task assigned by management.
